The President, in terms of the authority given to him by the Council at its 314th meeting held from 10th to 12th February, 2012, has constituted the following Groups with the following terms of reference:
(1) Centre of Excellence - Bangalore ( Area 10 Acre)
- CA. K. Raghu, Convenor
- CA. Madhukar N. Hiregange, Member
Terms of reference:
- To take stock of the current status of the project and determine the work already completed so far.
- Identification of the areas in respect of which the work or task has to be initiated.
- Determination of timeliness that may be required for completion of the project based on the task(s) yet to be completed and accordingly initiate the process of identification of respective agencies and their appointment.
(2) Centre of Excellence - Jaipur ( Area 25 Acre)
- CA. Vijay Kumar Garg, Convenor
- CA. Sanjeev K. Maheshwari, Member
Terms of reference:
- To take stock of the current status of the project and determine the work already completed so far.
- Identification of the areas in respect of which the work or task has to be initiated.
- Determination of timeliness that may be required for completion of the project based on the task(s) yet to be completed and accordingly initiate the process of identification of respective agencies and their appointment.
(3) Centre of Excellence - Hyderabad ( Additional residential building in the existing area)
- CA. J. Venkateswarlu, Convenor
- CA. M. Devaraja Reddy, Member
Terms of reference:
- To evaluate additional space available for construction of additional residential building to cater to the increasing requirement of the Centre of Excellence and accordingly initiate the process of identification of respective agencies and their appointment.
(4) Land acquired at Rohini (Area 0.526 acre)
- CA. Vinod Jain, Convenor
- CA. Sanjay `Voice of CA’ Agarwal, Member
Terms of reference:
- To take stock of the current status of the project.
- Identification of the areas in respect of which the work or task has to be initiated.
- Determination of timeliness that may be required for completion of the project based on the task(s) yet to be completed and accordingly initiate the process of identification of respective agencies and their appointment.
- Identification of the Departments to be housed therein, having regard to the requirements and the space already available at other locations in Delhi/Noida.
(5) Use of additional land acquired at I.P. Marg, New Delhi (Area 270 sq.mtrs.)
- CA. Naveen N.D. Gupta, Convenor
- CA. Pankaj Tyagee, Member
Terms of reference:
- To take stock of the current status of the project.
- Examination and determination of various options for making the best use of the additional land with or without demolition of Annexe building at I.P. Marg.
- Determination of timeliness that may be required for completion of the project based on the task(s) on hand and accordingly initiate the process of identification of respective agencies and their appointment.
Shri Neeraj Srivastava, Senior Deputy Secretary would be Secretary to all the above five groups. |
