This is to inform you that as required under Rule 27 of the S.Vaidyanath Aiyar Memorial Fund Rules and Regulations, the 51st Annual General Meeting of the Fund will be held at 12.30 P.M. on 21st September, 2012 in the office of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, ICAI Bhawan, Indraprastha Marg, New Delhi. In compliance with Rule 28 of the said Rules and Regulations, Agenda for the meeting together with the report of the Managing Committee and statement of Accounts for the year ending 31st March 2012 will be placed on the table at the time of meeting.
You are requested to make it convenient to attend the meeting.
