INVITATION OF TENDER |
The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, New Delhi invites applications from reputed “A” Class Government Contractors/ Firms / Parties for short listing of Contractors for construction of additional floors in the existing Three Storeyed Building for their Chennai Office.

No separate tender notice(s) will be issued for inviting tenders.

Only Contractors/ Firms / Parties with Minimum 5 years of experience who have satisfactorily executed at least two similar jobs each costing minimum Rs 250 Lacs in Commercial / Institutional / Hotel buildings of architectural merit within the stipulated time may apply.
Firms who have carried out similar works including all the services aforesaid need apply. The project is fast track and must be completed within 90 days.

Applications shall be made in the prescribed proforma which can be obtained during office hours from Office of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, “ICAI Bhawan’, No. 122, Mahatma Gandhi Road, Nungambakkam, Chennai – 600 034 (download from www.icai.org and/or www.sircoficai.org from 20th September 2010 on submission of evidence of their credentials. The completed application should be submitted addressed to Mr. Y. S. Rawat, Senior Deputy Secretary, ICAI superscribing “Pre-qualification of Contractors” at the aforesaid address on or before 28th September upto 5.30 p.m.

The ICAI reserves all the rights to accept or reject the Application/s without assigning any reasons whatsoever and also reserves all rights to accept or reject any tender bid/s at any stage or time fully or partially and for the whole process or any part thereof including addition, alteration, modification, change, edit & delete any item/s or conditions or vary all or any of these terms and conditions or replace fully or partly without assigning any reasons whatsoever and the decision of the Institute shall be final and binding on the Tenderers.
