As the members are aware, the Central Board of Direct Taxes has issued draft of Income Computation and Disclosure Standards (ICDS) via Press Release dated 09.01.2015 for comments from stakeholders and general public. The said draft ICDS can be downloaded from the link below:

The Direct Taxes Committee of the ICAI is in the process of compiling suggestions on the said draft ICDS. With regard to the same, suggestions are invited from the members. The suggestions so received would be compiled and submitted to Central Board of Direct Taxes for their consideration.

Members are requested to submit their suggestions latest by 18th January, 2015.
