Announcement for seeking Questions/Queries from members for publication on FAQs for NPOs - (03-12-2018)

The Committee for Co-operatives and NPO Sectors of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) is planning to bring out a publication on Frequently Asked Questions for NPOs covering provisions of Income Tax Act, 1961, GST, Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act, 2010, Accounting and Auditing relating to NPOs for the benefit of members and other stakeholders. For this purpose, the members are requested to give specific questions/queries, if any, which may be considered for the publication. The members may please fill the form available at the following link:

The form contains 5 different sections relating to:

  • Income Tax Act, 1961
  • GST
  • Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act, 2010
  • Accounting
  • Auditing

Members are requested to submit their questions/queries in the relevant section/s in the form as mentioned above by 16th December, 2018.
