Pursuant to its detailed deliberations on the proposals contained in the Direct Taxes Code Bill 2010 the Direct Taxes Committee of ICAI has finalised its recommendations. The Parliamentary Standing Committee of finance has invited the representations from ICAI to make its presentation before the Standing Committee of finance on 19th  January 2011.
