New ITR’s- ITR 1 & ITR V of AY 2010-11

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 295 of the Income-tax Act, 1961, the Central Board of Direct Taxes has, through the Income-tax (3rd Amendment) Rules, 2010 notified the new ITR Forms – Namely ITR 1 (SARAL- II) & ITR V for the Assessment year 2010-11.

New ITR’s- ITR 2, ITR 3, ITR 4, ITR 5, ITR 6 , ITR 7 & ITR V of AY 2010-11

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 295 of the Income-tax Act, 1961, the Central Board of Direct Taxes has through the Income-tax (4th Amendment) Rules, 2010 notified the new ITR Forms – Namely ITR 2, ITR 3, ITR 4, ITR 5, ITR6, ITR 7 & ITR V for the Assessment year 2010-11.
