The Self Service Portal (SSP) is an online platform provided by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) to offer a wide range of services to its members and students, including access to membership, examinations, and other ICAI-related activities; which can be accessed through https://eservices.icai.org/.

Candidates desirous of pursuing Chartered Accountancy Course may register at the aforementioned link as First Time Users while existing students/ members may create their login credentials directly.

For any issue related to new login creation, you may send an e-mail to ssp.helpdesk[at]icai[dot]in with your details like (Student Registration Number/ Member Registration Number, Date of Birth, E-mail Address, and Phone No.). You may also enclose a screenshot of the problem being faced.

Existing users may raise an online Ticket by clicking on the “Helpdesk” option after logging-in to the SSP.
