Direct Taxes Committee of ICAI had come out with the publication of bare Act "Income Tax Act, 2025, including the tabular mapping of sections vis-à-vis the Income Tax Act, 1961" in September, 2025. This publication would be updated on the basis of amendments by the Finance Act, 2026 and be available in month of April 2026.

Further, the CBDT has notified the Income-tax Rules, 2026 (and forms) on 20th March, 2026. In this regard, the Direct Taxes Committee is happy to inform that it would also be coming out with the publication "Income-tax Rules, 2026 and Forms - Including Tabular Mapping of Rules and Forms vis-à-vis Income-tax Rules, 1962 and Forms".

A combo offer comprising both the above publications will also be made available to the members in due course of time at reasonable rates. We will keep you posted as and when the same is made available at the CDS portal of ICAI.
