For Good Standing Certificate
Steps to obtain the Good Standing Certificate
Login to SSP >>Member Functions>>Member Module>>Other Forms>>Member Request Form (Various Requests) Goodstanding Certificate.
  • Once Submitted, please provide us your Membership Number and online generated Application Reference Number.
Please Note: The issuance of Goodstanding Certificate requires fulfillment of CPE hours, payment of membership fees and Disciplinary clearance.
  • You may contact us after 7 days if Goodstanding Certificate is not received by you on goodstanding[at]icai[dot]in.
  • No hard copy of Goodstanding will be provided. We regret for this.
  • Please pay Membership Fee for the FY 2024-25. The Goodstanding Certificate will not be valid if Membership Fee was not paid for the current year. Pl. ignore if already paid.

For obtaining Transcripts
To obtain Transcript, please apply online at SSP:
  • Kindly visit
    https://eservices.icai.org/per/g21/pub/1666/SelfServices/templates/Login%20Folder21052019122446/Login%20Folder/ICAI% 20Phase%20II%20Login%20Page521052019122546.html > log in to your dashboard > Post Examination Services > Post Examination Services form.
  • Select the Certificate type as “Transcript” > Read the instructions and fill the form.
  • Please upload all the applicable self-attested documents while filling up the form and then make online payment for issuance of transcript. If the uploaded documents are not self-attested, the application will not be processed.
  • In case you want us to send your transcript directly to the foreign Institute/Agency/Address or different Indian address, please edit the auto fetched address and fill your desired address. The additional courier charges of Rs. 2100/- will be charged in case of foreign address
Note:
  • If the transcript needs to be sent to WES electronically, please mention your WES Reference no. in the Reference no’s field. ICAI will send the transcript electronically to WES, followed by hard copy to your Indian address.
  • ICAI is sending only hard copies of the transcripts (except WES, as they use SFTP) and only to the address provided in the online request. If any University/Agency shares the Secure File Transfer protocol process (SFTP), then ICAI can send transcripts to them using SFTP. ICAI does not send transcript through emails.
  • One set of the transcript will contain the details of all the levels of the CA. Examinations.
