• Only member of the ICAI is eligible to pursue this course.

Course Structure

• The Certificate Course on Project Financing includes 36 hours of sessions and Assessment Test
• A candidate who has successfully passed the Certificate Course on Project Financing shall be awarded a Certificate in the appropriate form. However, a certificate course does not grant any qualification, and therefore it should not be mentioned by the members as qualification along with their name.

Conduct of Assessment Test

• The Assessment Test will be conducted after the completion of the sessions. Candidates are advised to refer to Assessment Test notifications hosted from time to time on the website of the Institute www.icai.org and emails to ensure compliance of specific requirements of the examinations.
• A candidate will be eligible to appear for the Assessment Test after completing a minimum of 75% attendance in course sessions.
• Assessment test will be conducted through DLH i.e. one paper with 100 MCQs for 3 hours.
• Passing aggregate will be 50%. No negative marking.

Schedule of the Course sessions
The sessions for 36 hours shall be conducted as below:

• For Physical Batch – 6 days -On weekends only
  6 hours each day-11:00 AM to 05:00 PM
• For Online Batch - 12 days -Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
  3 hours each day from 11:00 AM to 02:00 PM

Fee Structure

• Online Mode - Rs 5,000/- + 18% GST= Rs. 5,900/-
• Physical Mode - Rs. 12,000/- + GST = Rs. 14,160

Refund Policy

• No refund after the commencement of the Course i.e. if a member has attended one class in the course then there will be no refund to the member.
• If a member withdraws his/her registration on or before two days of commencement of batch, then refund of fees is allowed after the deduction of standard amount of 10% of the fees.
• If batch is rescheduled/cancelled by Committee, then 100% refund be given to desired members.

Members of the ICAI interested in pursuing the Certificate Course on Project Financing can register through DLH https://learning.icai.org/category/certificate-courses/ along with necessary fee on or before the prescribed last date.

Mode of payment

The Course registration fee can be paid online through DLH portal https://learning.icai.org/category/certificate-courses/ as and when the course is announced.

CPE Hours

The maximum CPE Hours granted for the course would be as per the minimum requirement recommended by the CPE Committee, for a Calendar year for the members in practice. i.e. 30 for the year–

• 25 CPE Hours on completion of training with necessary attendance
• 5 CPE Hours shall be granted only after qualifying the course.
