Subject: Submission of Self Declaration form for claiming CPE Hours under Unstructured Learning Activities for the Calendar Year 2023

As you are aware that as per CPE guidelines the last date for claiming Unstructured CPE Hours credit is 31st May, 2024 for the Calendar year 2023. Therefore, the members who are yet to submit self-declaration form for claiming Unstructured Learning Activity for the Calendar year 2023 are requested to kindly submit the same at the earliest and latest by 31st May, 2024 so they would not face any difficulty to complete their CPE hours requirements.

It is also to mention that due to introduction of Consequential Provisions from Calendar year 2024 onwards the last date of submission of Self Declaration Form for claiming Unstructured hours (ULA) from Calendar year 2024 is preponed to 31st December of every year. Therefore, Members are again requested to complete and claim their CPE hours requirements (structured/unstructured) for the current Calendar year (2024) in timely manner without any delay - latest by 31st December, 2024, to avoid any hardship.

The CPE hours requirements to be complied with by various categories of members from Calendar year 2023 onwards are available on https://resource.cdn.icai.org/73566cpe59376.pdf We may further inform you that the online updated status of CPE hours credits of respective member for the Calendar year 2023 is available on the URL: http://www.cpeicai.org under member’s login as per the attendance uploaded by the CPE Programme Organising Units (POUs) on the CPE Portal as on date. For viewing the status, members may login with their existing password or default credentials are as under :-

The User ID is Six Digit Membership Number
Default password: cpe+6 digit membership number.

We once again request to those members who have already completed their Unstructured CPE Hours for Calendar year 2023 but have not updated/submitted its details on the CPE Portal for Calendar year 2023, may kindly claim their CPE Hours credit of unstructured learning by login into their account on CPE portal latest by 31st May, 2024. Members are requested to view their CPE hours status (ULA) till date and in case of any discrepancy, may send an e-mail at cpeadmin[at]icai[dot]in.
